The student halls of
residence in Siegen-Bürbach were built in 1974 and completely renovated in 1995
and can accommodate 340 students. The single-room appartments are both light
and friendly and provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere. 65% of the rooms are in
so-called "doublettes", in which 2 people share an integrated kitchen
and a shower/WC unit. The other 120 students are accommodated in flats where
6-8 people share a large communal kitchen and several shower/WC units.
